Homemade Satay Sauce (Saté Sauce)

Satay is an Indonesian dish of seasoned, skewered and grilled meat, served with a sauce. You can buy Saté or Satay Sauce in every big supermarket or in all Asian supermarkets. But it is so easy to make your own Saté Sauce within just a few minutes. With our simple recipe we show you how simple you can cook your own delicious sauce!

Ingredients
100 g roasted peanuts
2 red Thai chilies, seedless
2 tbs Love.Food.Asia. Garlic Ginger Paste
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs sweet soy sauce
100 ml coconut milk
2 pn salt

In the beginning you add peanuts, chilis and Love.Food.Asia. Garlic Ginger Paste in a blender and mix well.

Now transfer to a non-stick pan and turn on low heat. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well and heat the Saté Sauce.
