Spicy Thai Pork Loin

Easy, spicy and delicious! This three words come to our mind when we think about this dish. The pork loin speaks for it self. And we are quite sure that there are not many meals you can cook faster than this one here without loosing some quality. Within a few minutes you have a full and very tasty meal on your plate. Serve our Thai pork loin with rice or fresh salad.

 
 

4 SERVINGS
lactose free meat

Ingredients
500 g pork loin, cut into thin slices
5 fresh thai chili, chopped
1 tbs red curry paste
4 tbs peanut oil
3 tbs fish sauce
2 tbs palm sugar
60 ml coconut cream
1 bunch fresh thai basil, chopped

Heat oil in a wok and stir fry curry paste and chili for 1 minute.

Stir in rest of the ingredients and stir fry for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Serve on a plate and top with coconut cream and fresh Thai basil.
