Saté BBQ Sticks with Pork Filet

Are you missing some Asian flavors at your BBQ? Here is our simple and super delicious solution. It will take some time to marinade this BBQ sticks but it is absolutely delicious. Go out and heat your grill 🙂

 
 

4 SERVINGS
gluten free lactose free meat

Ingredients
400 g pork filet, diced (3-5 cm)
4 thai shallots, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
20 g ginger, chopped
2 thai chilis, seedless, chopped
2 stalks lemongrass (just the white part), chopped
1 tbs palm sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbs sweet soy sauce
1 tbs tamarind paste
½ tsp tumeric
20 g roasted peanuts
4-8 wooden sticks

Add roasted peanuts, shallots, ginger, chilis, fresh garlic, salt, tamarinde paste, palm sugar, tumeric, soy sauce and 4 tbs water in a blender. Mix well until you have a smooth paste.

Bring together with pork dice and mix well. Leave in the fridge for at least 1 ½ hours or even over night.

Put the pork dice on the wooden sticks and grill them until ready. The perfekt filet dice should be lightly red inside when finished. Serve with Love.Food.Asia. Saté Sauce and rice.
