From Pai to Chiang Khong (SEA 57)

Last post: My last day in Pai (SEA 56)

On one side I was happy to be back on the road and on the other side I had to say goodbye to Matthias, Andrea from Bologna, Olga and Lucasz. After a few days of pure relaxing in Pai I was happy to go on with my trip.

Before I left we all went to Mama to have a super delicious meal. After the dinner it was time to say goodbye to Mama. And like a real mom she had a long hug and a kiss on my chest for me. (No worries real mom – you´re still the best.)

The drove in the minivan was long and very uncomfortable. And we arrived at 1:30 am in Chiang Khong next to the Mekong river. Now I have to share my bed with an old Chinese guy who speaks no English. I a few hours I will go the the border.
