Coriander / Cilantro Paste

1 GLASS
gluten free Vegan lactose free

Ingredients
1 bunch of coriander leaves
1/2 lime, only the juice
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 red thai chili
2 tbs fruit vinegar
2 tbs palm sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp ginger, grated

Coriander Paste

This is a basic recipe for a super delicious coriander paste. You can use this paste for cooking, as a dip or you just eat it pure with fresh bread. Within a few minutes you have a super delicious and gluten free paste. 100% Vegan! For us this paste is a MUST HAVE ingredient ?

Put thai chili, ginger and garic in a mortar.
Remove the mixture and mix with all other ingredients in a blender.
Fill in a glas and enjoy.
Leave in the fridge to keep it fresh.
