Pumpkin & Tofu Dumplings

Ingredients
Basic Dumplings Dough
600 g Butternut Pumpkin, thinly diced
½ block silken Tofu, thinly diced
1 red onion, chopped
1 tbs garlic, minced
Fresh coriander leaves, minced
3 Thai chilis, seedless, chopped
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
½ tbs cumin
½ tbs tumeric
1 pn asafetida

Prepare the dough.
Roast all herbs in a frying pan on medium heat.
Add sesame oil and onion and fry until golden brown.
Add garlic, pumpkin and tofu and stir fry for 5-6 minutes
Shut down heat and pour in soy sauce. Mix well.
Make little balls from Basic Dumplings Dough by Love.Food.Asia. and roll them.
Use a rolling pin to make a flat piece of dough.
Add a tbs of the mixture and put it in the center of the dough piece.
Put the two ends together and use a fork to press the end of the dumpling.
Go on until you have 25 mid sized dumplings.
Use a steamer to steam the dumplings for 15 minutes.
