60 ml soy sauce
60 ml fruit vinegar
2 tbs palm sugar
3 cloves minced garlic, chopped
2 tbs fresh ginger root, minced
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbs sesame oil
This dipping sauce can be used for spring rolls, fish or for cooking other delicious meals. It´s fast and easy to make. You will like this sauce with the typical taste of Asia.
Dry roast sesame seeds until toasted.
Add fruit vinegar and palm sugar, reduce heat.
When palm sugar starts to caramelize add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Slowly simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool down.
Store in a glass with lid in the fridge.
