400 g wheat flour
1 pack baking powder
1 tbs curry powder
1 tbs salt
1 tsp sugar
200 g ripe bananas
450 ml coconut milk
You can eat this selfmade bread for breakfast, lunch or just as a snack. It´s a perfect base for a filling meal when you´d like to make a diet. Eat it with fresh hummus or in combination with goat cheese and avocado with roasted pine kernels.
Pass flour, currypowder and baking powder through a sieve in a bowl.
Peel and slice bananas. Mash with a fork.
Add to the bowl together with coconut milk.
Whisk with handmixer until you have a unsticky dough. (Add flour if it´s sticky)
Spread margarine on a baking tin and bake in a pre-heated oven (190 celsius / 375 fahrenheit) until golden brown (55-65 minutes).
Let cool down and serve.
