Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niaow Ma Muang)

Ingredients
Sticky Rice
400 ml coconut milk
1 pn salt
1 tbs palm sugar
1 fresh mango
4 tbs coconut flakes

If you ever visit Thailand this is a meal you shouldn´t miss. It it simple, sweet, fresh and fills you up. This version of the Sticky Rice with fresh mango is a bit differnet than the original Thai recipe. This is the recipe for 2 persons and makes you feel like you sit on a beach in Thailand.

First steam Sticky Rice.
Meanwhile heat the coconut mik in a small pot (low heat)
Add salt and palm sugar and mix well.
Dice fresh mango.
Serve Sticky Rice on a plate with coconut mik. Place mango pieces on top of the rice.
Scatter coconut flakes on top and serve it when rice and coconut milk are warm.
